Program details:
  • 15 minute sessions take place 11 AM to 2 PM, Monday through Friday.
  • Fast and furious or smooth and steady, your 15 with Gene session is customized to your specific fitness goals.
  • Arrive early, or stay after your workout to stretch and use our cardio equipment.
  • Complimentary private shower and towels provided. Be in and out in less than an hour!
